Three Milupa
bears are to be seen here. The Milupa bear on the left
is called Tapsy and were made by the famous Germany
teddy bear manufacturer Steiff. He is, as also the other
bears, unjointed and approximately 19 cm tall. The Steiff
bear were produced in 1987. About the other both bears,
I unfortunately don't know the manufacture-date and
I don't know the manufacturer.

From a small family business founded in 1921 in
Friedrichsdorf, Germany, Milupa has grown to become a world leader in infant
nutrition. The company was founded by Emil Pauly, a descendent of early
eighteenth century French immigrants to Germany. Building on the success of the baking business, the Pauly family identified a
need for quality infant foods and in 1933 began to develop these products. These
were initially cereal-based meals and were the first Milupa babymeal products. |
