A advertising bear from the world famous Coca Cola company. The larger teddy is 34 cm tall, in a sitting position. He was made by another famous company, Steiff, in a limited edition of 10.000 in 1999. The fur is made of mohair in good quality

The smaller teddy bear, 9cm tall, was made by the Coca-Cola Company. But these two teddies are only a small part of the Coca Cola advertising bears.

During the first year, Coca Cola was invented on 8th May 1886 by Dr. John S. Pemberton in Atlanta, Georgia. The name Coca Cola was suggested by Dr. Pembertons bookkeeper, Frank Robinson. He penned the name Coca Cola in the flowing script that is famous today. Coca Cola was first sold at the soda fountain in Jacob's Pharmacy in Atlanta. During the first year, sales of Coca Cola averaged nine drinks a day, adding up to total sales for that year of $50. Today, products of the Coca Cola Company are consumed at the rate of more than one billions drinks per day in around 200 countries.
