We bought the “Hakone Freepass” in order to visit Hakone. “The Hakone Freepass” is valid for 3 days, and it
allows unlimited boarding on Hakone Tozan Train, Hakone Tozan Bus, Hakone Tozan Cablecar, Hakone Ropeway and the Hakone Sightseeing Ship. It includes also the train tickets from Tokyo to Hakone Yumoto and from Hakone Yumoto
back to Tokyo. The railway starts from Tokyo Shinjuku. Hakone is a famous region with hot spring water , called onsen. From Gora you can go by Hakone Tozan Cablecar to Sounzan. Between Sounzan and Lake Ashi, a cable car passes
over the moonscape of Ôwakudani. Here you can see, and smell the volcanic activity from this region. From the final point from the Hakone Ropeway, you should make the trip with one of these funny pirate ships. Finally we would
like to advise you to visit Hakone Shrine. The shrine lies not far from Moto Hakone.
